It is a SIP client. It can play a selected wav file for every number from call list. It is a Windows application. You can find sample call list file and wav file in zip file. It is a beta application and not tested well.

Installation
Unzip file to any working place. Just run md5mAutoDialer.exe file. You need a SIP server. You have to configure SIP server from Tools->Settings
